Our SUSTAINABILITY Focus Area

SDB adopts a holistic approach to business management by upholding the Economic, Environmental and Social (“EES”) pillars of sustainability.

At the same time, we also enhance our Sustainability Governance to help the Group to implement strategy, manage goal setting and reporting, ensure accountability as well as strengthen relationships with our stakeholders.

The UNSDG goals 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11 ensure that we take care of the well-being of our homebuyers and tenants, practise equality and diversity at our workplace, create jobs and contribute to economic growth as well as build quality and premium homes through innovative, practical and resilient building designs.
