Teh Lip Kim Named FIABCI Malaysia Property Woman Of The Year 2023 - Article

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 March 2024 - Ms Teh Lip Kim, the Group Managing Director of Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB), was recently awarded with the prestigious FIABCI Malaysia Property Award for ‘Property Woman of the Year 2023’. The gala dinner and awards presentation event was held at One World Hotel, Bandar Utama last Saturday evening in the presence of prominent Malaysian property developers and industry players.

“I am deeply humbled to have been recognised with this prestigious award by the esteemed FIABCI Malaysian Chapter. This accolade is not mine alone but a testament to the unwavering dedication and hard work of our entire team at SDB.”, said Ms Teh. “Together, we remain steadfast in our pledge to continuously strive for excellence while building lifelong relationships.”, she added.

Under the leadership of Ms Teh, SDB embarked on a transformative journey in 2004 with its groundbreaking development, Park Seven. The residential high-rise located in the KLCC vicinity is also the first earthquake-resistant residential building in Malaysia.

Ms Teh's visionary leadership have been instrumental in shaping the trajectory and achievements of SDB. To date, SDB has completed 24 residential developments in Malaysia and Singapore, while cementing itself as a forefront boutique property developer.
