Selangor Dredging Berhad Wins 6 Property Awards Including Top Luxury And Top Boutique Development - Article

SINGAPORE, 6 October 2023 - Amidst a spectacular display of architectural mastery and a steadfast dedication to pioneering ideas, Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB), a prominent boutique property developer, managed to secure 6 distinguished awards at The EdgeProp Singapore Property Excellence Awards (TEPEA) 2023. The event was held at Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore on Friday evening with the Malaysian developer’s winning projects, namely One Draycott and Jui Residences, winning 5 and 1 awards respectively.

One Draycott, located at 1 Draycott Park, took home the coveted Design and Sustainability Excellence Awards (for Completed Residential – Central Region). For displaying all-roundedness from planning to execution and delivery, it was conferred the Top Development Award for the Central Region. More to it, One Draycott also emerged as the Top Luxury and Top Boutique Development. On the other hand, Jui Residences, located at Serangoon Road won the Landscape Excellence Award (for Completed Mixed-Use).

One Draycott, which received 5 awards at TEPEA 2023 offers bespoke living in the upscale Ardmore Draycott residential enclave.

One Draycott was one of the recipients of TEPEA 2023’s Sustainability Excellence Award. The award was presented by Mr Desmond Lee, Minister for National Development & Minister-In-Charge of Social Services Integration and TEPEA 2023’s Guest-of-Honour to the award winners.

One Draycott, a newly completed luxurious development has obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC). The 18-storey tower, featuring 64 units of apartments was designed by London-based architectural firm CarverHaggard, which was tasked with creating a unique, contemporary building that evoked luxurious, understated elegance.

The 18-storey tower presents 117 contemporarily crafted units with column-less layouts, allowing maximum natural lighting and ventilation throughout each home.
