Sweet Dreams!

Sleep deprivation can be detrimental to your health hence it is essential for one to get sufficient and uninterrupted sleep for a healthy mind and body. Here are some ways:

1. THE BED
Always try to make your bed neat and uncluttered to allow for easier movement and by adding a layer of mattress topper, it makes you feel comfortable all night!

2. TAKE WARM SHOWER

Having a warm shower right before bed helps to relax and loosen your muscles after a long day.
3. LIGHTS OFF

Switching off all the lights in your room before sleeping allows you to fall asleep easier and increases the overall quality of your sleep.

4. AVOID TEA OR CAFFEINE AT NIGHT
Try to avoid large meals, caffeine and tea before bedtime as these will encourage your digestive system to work harder and act as a stimulant to keep you awake.
