Practicing Good Hygiene

One of the many essential ways to prevent getting sick is by practicing good hygiene.

 
1. REFRAIN FROM TOUCHING YOUR FACE
Always try your best to not get in contact with your face through your hands as you may place germs close to your face.

2. WASH YOUR HANDS

It is imperative to wash your hands with soap and water.
3. DISINFECT

Regularly disinfect or sanitize any surfaces that you regularly come in contact with. 

4. KEEP A DISTANCE
Be sure to keep a distance or stay away from people who are exhibiting sick symptoms.
