ORGANIC LIVING
As the wave of organic living is taking the world by storm, many of us are moving towards an organic lifestyle. We are opting for more organic food, and trying to remove as much chemicals, toxins, pesticides and growth stimulants as possible. Living organically also means practicing daily habits to ensure sustainability and a greener future for our children. We could start by purchasing organic fruits, eating an organic meal or making your very own organic body spray. Below are some simple steps you can start with, to begin your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

3. ORGANIC BUG SPRAY

Store-bought bug sprays may work by removing insects and mosquitoes, however they are also highly toxic. Instead, making your own is relatively simple. Fill a spray bottle with distilled water and add witch hazel so the bottle is filled up. Add ½ teaspoon vegetable glycerin if using (otherwise you can opt it out) and finish it off with drops of essential oils, generally the more you use the stronger it will be. Recommended oils are rosemary, eucalyptus and lavender.
