1. YEE SANG

2. POON CHOI
Poon Choi is made up of various ingredients such as vegetables, meat and seafood all layered on top of one another in a large pot and is simmered till all the ingredients are well done.
3. MANDARIN ORANGE
You will certainly find these bright oranges sold by vendors whenever it is near Chinese New Year and it is either to be consumed or exchanged in every household as it symbolizes wealth and luck.
4. DUMPLING
Dumplings are thought to represent gold ingots due to their unique shape when steamed or fried, and it gives an impression of the more you eat, the more money you will make in the following year!
