These are but some of the projects under SDB’s initiative to help boost such individuals’ own efforts towards independent living. SDB has also begun offering employment to selected individuals at our offices. The performance of these new recruits is closely monitored and their progress assessed based on a specially devised evaluation process. This will help us to keep track of the improvements not only in their work but also their social skills.
